in january 29, 2011, the china electric power enterprise federation held the product technical appraisal meeting of our company in beijing, and exchanged the standard type u70bl, u100bl, u120b, u160bm, u210b, u240b, u300b, and pollution resistant u70blp, u100blp, u120bp, u160bmp, u210bp, wasting, and the total of 14 product series developed by our company the hanging type toughened glass insulators were identified, and the appraisal opinions were as follows:
1, the information submitted to the appraisal is complete, correct and unified, conforming to the requirements of technical identification, which can guide production.
2. the product is tested by the national insulator lightning arrester quality supervision and testing center and the power equipment and instrument quality inspection and testing center of the electric power industry. the results conform to the gb/t1001.1-2003 and dl/t812-2002 standards, and the finalization test is qualified. the field test results are qualified.
3. for the first time in china, the production of glass parts has been used for the first time in high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection all electric melting furnace, five stage temperature furnace, telescopic downwind grid steel technology and step type automatic transmission technology. the design of the product is reasonable and the electrical performance is good.
4, the company has advanced manufacturing equipment and complete detection means, which can meet the requirements of mass production.
5, the company has passed gb/t19001-2008 idt tso9001:2008 quality management system certification and gb/t24001-2004/iso14001:2004 environmental management system certification.
the appraisal committee considers that the comprehensive technical performance of the above products reaches the international advanced level, and agrees that through technical appraisal, it can be put into production and hanged into the net.
